Settlement Fund resolution proceedings resume

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to report good progress on several fronts in our efforts to secure justice for you.

Settlement Fund update

We are happy to announce that resolution proceedings have started again. Four such hearings were held last week, marking an important step forward for the clients who have been waiting for their day to be heard. The Administrator’s Office has scheduled almost 50 hearings for our clients so far, and the new administrator has indicated that he would like to resolve cases quickly. We expect that more hearings will be scheduled soon. 

If you have not yet received a date for a resolution proceeding and are experiencing any serious health issues that may impact your ability to participate in a resolution proceeding in the future, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 

You will hear from one of our victim specialists when a date for your resolution proceeding is scheduled. Your attorney and victim specialist will work closely with you to help you feel prepared for the proceeding.
